"Gail (Leasing Manager) is nice, but Tish (Leasing Agent) is great! Everything about her is amazing. Tish went over and beyond with me when I was in a bind with searching for an apartment. Tish communicates and listens very well by returning phone calls and emails. Tish is extremly considerate, thoughtful,attentive and professional. Tish customer service skills is exactly what I look for when it comes to proper service. Jante (Maintence) is really good. He is definitely a one man show when it comes to maininting tenants home. The property is very quiet, which I love. The only concern that I have is that I have not seen an actual cleaning crew enter the builidings to clean. The building floors are dirty and the rails need to be wiped down. Other than that, the apartment complex and the apartment itself is nice. I also love the fact that I am surrounded by my favorite shopping places such as Target, Walmart, Kroger, Whole Foods and Trader Joes. I would definitely recommend this place to someone who is looking."
"I love place especially since it’s my first apartment it’s everything! I absolutely love Mrs.Tish!!! She is everything, when I call she always make sure all of my questions are answered and making she I got everything I need. I would recommend this apartment complex to anybody."
"Tish was/is absolutely amazing! I let her know I was looking for a place by the end of November and my main concern was my credit. Instead of just turning me away, Tish gave me different options that may help my chances of approval. Needless to say, later that day I received a call stating I’m approved!!!! OH, and the apartments are nice and renovated, prices are reasonable and the area seems very quiet. I would definitely recommend 10/10!"
"Just moved in the country with a baby and wife. Wasn't receiving help from any apartments in Farmington hills. At the last it was Tish at the leasing office at lake view. She knows the entier process so good. Glad I got in contact to her. Couldn't imagine what I would have gone through without her help. Anyone got any queries ask for her directly."
"I was in an urgent need to find an apartment immediately in a stressful situation. Being told by other apartments processing can take 3 to 4 business days. Tish at Lakeview apartments leasing office was very considerate and got everything submitted and proceed within a day on a Saturday! Definitely recommend."
