"Updated review 12/8/23 I wish I could leave a 0 star, this place is incredible, charging ridiculous rates with subpar service. We left in September 23 and could not be more pleased with our decision. I thank GOD we didn't renew our lease. Mary is a piece of work and should rethink her career choice, customer service skills are atrocious. We had been working with Ryan to find a unit on the lower level for months but could never confirm availability with all the renovations taking place over the Summer. After numerous phone calls which were never returned and emails with no replies the writing was on the wall. The end of August, Mary decides to change the month to month rates because she said she had not heard from us, lies. As I previously stated we met with Ryan as well as made phone and email attempts with no resolution. So I moved my family to a much better location and cheaper. Went back to try to resolve unpaid charges and guess who was there with her warm and fuzzy disposition, none other than Mary. As we talked and called her out concerning hermany contradiction and lies, she got upset and asked us to leave. I feel for the staff if she treat residents/firmer residents how she treated us. All I ask is to own your mistakes and be a reasonable adult and let's work out a resolution. All I can say is trust your instincts when you go here and beware. #TruthMatters **************************** I have read the numerous concerns mentioned in other reviews and I concur, things have gone downhill over the years. Management company has changed twice within a year, very concerning. Then the charges for utities are exorbitant without an explanation. Won't even touch work orders, took almost 4 weeks to fix a broken toilet. Common hallway light fixtures are missing bulbs, put that work order in a month ago, very unsafe at night because it is dark. I bought lights to put in a couple of fixtures so no one would fall down the stairs. No issues with the office staff they can only do what management condones. I sincerely hope RPM sees these concerns and will address them. I enjoyed this community when when moved in a few years ago but like a majority of the residents I have seen lately we will probably not renew and find a place that brings value with the premium price we pay monthly."

"I’m enjoying a lot being here at Hunters Ridge. The administration has been very helpful and we love our apartment. It has great surroundings, it’s quiet, and everything we need is a few miles away from home. We can even go to do the groceries by foots if it’s not to cold!"

"Ryan has been amazing, I’m picky and he has been very accommodating to meet my needs. He has completed all of my task personally without sending contractors. I have never met a property manager that complete tenant request with a smile. I heard great things since he has taken over. The staff has been wonderful as well."

"Since I’ve lived in the Hunters Ridge community, there has been a lot of changes with management companies. From the moment that RPM living took over this complex, there has been many positive changes with Ryan being the manager of the complex. Ryan is a caring and helpful manager. He truly cares about the residents in this community complex. He makes himself available and ensures that he addresses all the concerns and issues presented to him from the residents, in a timely fashion. For example, it’s been frustrating for many of the residents in our community that the pool has not been open since 2018. Ryan was determined to do whatever it took to make sure that the pool opened this summer so that we could all enjoy it. He had to work tirelessly to make it happen, but he did it and all the while, with a positive attitude, and with a smile on his face. We really appreciate his efforts towards trying to make such positive changes throughout the community here. Other companies had made promises to us for all these wonderful renovations and changes, but yet we never saw any of it. Since Ryan has taken over as the manager of this Hunters Ridge community, we’ve seen significant improvements in the appearance of the buildings and the complex overall. RPM living has Lofty plans to transform our community into a highly desirable place to live. I see that Ryan is at the forefront of making all this happen, while still making himself available to the residents, when pressing issues arise. I feel that he is a genuine leader, who is reliable, and truly cares about creating an environment of community and connection. He wants to make sure that he does a good job and supports the individuals and families who live in this community complex. His determination and dedication to his position, reflects every day, and in all the dramatic improvement that continue to happen throughout the complex. It’s made living here, much more comfortable. It’s refreshing to know that we have a manager like Ryan, that is consistently advocating for the us here and wanting to provide a great place to live for its residents."
