"Update 2/11/23: garbage disposal leaked all over; within 24 hours, maintenance was in fixing it, even texted me letting me know he was on the way-only complaint is the neighbor above continues to play loud music, while water runs upstairs that is not only heard throughout my apartment but the entire building, usually lasting from 30 minutes to an hour or more. I have not only approached the neighbor but also let management know several times. One instance I heard the neighbors outside my door comment, ‘that guy upstairs is playing his music loud again.’ Not sure if the guy has been approached by management because it stops for awhile then he starts up again or if management hasn’t done anything. Thus the 4 stars. Just moved in. The rent is very reasonable for the area. Neighbors are extremely friendly. Rick, the leasing agent, is also friendly as well. Apartments are being renovated with laminate wood floors, granite countertops in both the kitchen and bath and stainless steel appliances, including a microwave. The living area is spacious which opens into the dining room. Washer and dryer in each unit with a storage cabinet under a folding area. The coat closet is spacious as well. The bedroom has 2 windows and another spacious closet, a walk in one. I am on the first floor and all the windows and the doorwall have sticks for extra security. Also a guardian alarm sticker on the door wall. There are security cameras throughout the complex as well. Spectrum or AT&T are the available cable companies. I switched to Spectrum as not only the rates were cheaper but the internet had more gigs. Shared entrances so visitors have to be buzzed in as the doors are locked."
