"Giving one star coz I cannot give lower rating. This place is 0 star. If you want peace, spend some extra bucks and get a good apartment place in a good locality. Extremely not safe for cars. My car got stolen from here and no action from the apartments, they simply said we can't do anything. So believe me, don't go there."

"All I can say is what a disgusting property. Requiring someone to pay $300 upfront and then I had to literally look on the website to even see that I was denied. No email or call and it’s been days. Don’t apply here and surely don’t live here unless you must."

"I just didn’t appreciate how they handle me. I called and was able to schedule a tour almost two months ago with Bruce it went well or so I thought. I noticed he didn’t provide me with any pamphlets or details about the apartment I was reviewing to take with me. It was quick but I was okay with that. I work with a corporate leasing company who is my co-signer and my coordinator my co-signer (complex approvals Todre) explained everything to her that Bruce explained to me, she then contacted Bruce and spoke to him directly. Bruce informed Todre that the complex does accept corporate leasing, took down her email and never sent the corporate leasing application. Ever since that day over a month ago Bruce is invisible. When you call he never answers and always advises the person in office to say he isn’t in. You never know who you are speaking with because they do not provide their name, Remind you Todre and I called at least twice a week for OVER A MONTH. Why advise you accept corporate leasing then basically don’t allow me to move in? They had an apartment available for $1,049 Todre kept trying to apply on my behalf but Bruce will not follow through. They then did not have any units available, another came available for $1099 I called and everytime it’s the same thing” I will have Bruce call you back” HE NEVER CALLS BACK. I am furious because I don’t understand why say one thing and don’t follow through? Why when myself or Todre call he’s never in office but when I submitted a tour request online he followed up within 24hours. I just didn’t appreciate being disregarded. It’s extremely disrespectful because I explained to him my lease was up by October and he still just stop responding and will not allow Todre to submit the application. The ladies in office never know anything their favorite line is “I can have Bruce call you back with this information” and he never calls. They still have a one bedroom available just not for me for some strange reason. I have just decided to look elsewhere at this point because I never experienced such lies and disregarding in my life. Saying you will send the application and just stop responding was such an eye opener, I seen all the negative review but wanted to see for myself now I know."

"I moved into a basement unit, then discovered the rain gutters were broken and all the water was soaking into my place which had a earwig infestation. Management said no other places open sorry... no solution at all. I then moved into their only studio, used to be old managers office, and barely gave me a deal off, I was paying almost the same price for a way smaller place. They didn't have a maintenance team at all so nothing got completed and no one picked up after their dogs."

"I moved out here thinking it would be peaceful and quiet. Total opposite female neighbors that are a couple at 34770 are constantly being loud by arguing and physically fighting daily (morning and day). Can be heard in hallway, my unit and outside that’s how loud they are. Police have been called before but they are still able to stay here. If I pay the amount in rent I would except to be able to live in peace. Especially when I have to get up early for work and can’t get any sleep because of them. I wouldn’t recommend this place cause clearly anyone can move in and management won’t do anything about complaints. They also have two small cars that they act like they always have to park right by the front door. And one of the spots is a handicap spot and they don’t have a sticker so they are parked illegally sometimes or both cars are parked my the gate. They are ghetto and don’t care about distributing anyone that has to stay in the same building with them. They have a dog that they don’t clean up behind when using it outside. And the dog is always barking or whining. If I could give no stars I would. I will definitely be moving soon."
