"if you have any other apartment option, please choose that. Management is really bad here. My 3 service requests attended after 3 months and still two are pending(1. too much noise from above apartment during night time and 2. door bell cross connection). Now they cut water supply without any prior notice for water meter maintenance. Whole day there is no water and they notify me once I inquired. Management only care about money nothing else. I am living in this community for more than 20 months and from last 4-5 months facing lots of issue especially with maintenance."

"I just moved here in August 2023, in one of their "other communities" Cedaridge. I am so appalled at how they completely let their other properties go but are repairing and upgrading their main property, Timberidge, on a daily basis. EVERY ENTRY DOOR IN CEDARIDGE BUILDINGS HAVE BROKEN LOCKS, which tells me that Timberidge does not care about the safety or wellbeing of their residents at all since this issue has been reported to them many times. The paint is chipping everywhere on the outside of buildings, there is a broken window in my building 21359 and makes the complex look like its abandoned or dangerous.....meanwhile for the past two months, I got an email/text from Timberidge literally every other day about the brand new upgrades/updates they are doing to their main property. I don't care if you have property alerts going to every community, figure out a way to only send building notices to the property it applies to. Your residents hate you more every time we hear about the "rock/bolder movement" or "new stairwell windows" or "upgraded landscaping" you're doing to Timberidge while we are unsafe and disgusted in Cedaridge & Stoneridge. Already looking for new places to move to once my lease is up so I don't have to give any more money to other residents luxury. I feel bad for the girls working in the office here because they are all very sweet and willing to assist in any way they can. Y'all are great! The only reason these apartments are even remotely redeemable is the people living in them, every resident is wonderful here. Very kind respectful and helpful/caring to other people living here."

"They will not inform you if a crazed criminal tries to murder someone in the apartments. I had to find out weeks later on the news that someone was nearly killed here, because “it wasn’t during office hours”. This apartment complex is NOT SAFE. We will not be renewing here. Our front door does not lock on my building. It makes perfect sense how someone could just walk into the building without issue. Very scary."

"Timberidge is quick to raise your rent $100 to $130 a month every year but they’re not quick to open the pool on time, let alone have it open at all. As of 6/1/22 they are saying the pool should open hopefully in 2 weeks. That surely doesn’t sound reassuring. If you’re looking for a pool to open on time and every year… Steer away from here! I have added to my review as it is now 2023 and this is how the pool has looked the last four weeks they said it was close 8/24/23 due to the storm and the chemicals they needed to readjust, but it had been green like this For two weeks prior to that and here it is 9/4/23 and it is still not open and it’s darker green than it was before. They should’ve just said it was close for the year. Don’t move here, don’t move here. I don’t know who is running this place but it’s been downhill the last two years. The first three years I lived here, It was fabulous now it’s trash. You might as well save your money and live in the ghetto instead of living here because it’s just like the ghetto just the difference is it has pretty views, but everything else even their customer service sucks."

"Been living here 3+ years, the first half of this time were wonderful but the other half was/is terrible, months before my work orders are responded to, my phone calls or emails is the same when I try to follow up on said work orders now I discovered they were just ignoring me probably because I’m African American, when I call from another number and got immediate response only reason I’m still here is because I want my daughter to finish out her high school year. I applaud them for the great work they put in the community it looks beautiful but the office staff needs to learn customer service to all residents not just the ones that looks like them. I was not treated this way at my first Village Green property I lived."
