"I have been renting here as a family with my wife for a few months. Had an issue and we were to blame. However the office was very professional and helped us solve this problem . They were extremely kind and patient and very responsive. In the end , kindness and professionalism were my experiences here and Thanks to assistant manager Kristina Sanford who is extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I recommend renting here 100%. The amenities are wonderful and they promptly update us about any repairs and they always renew things. They have a fantastic safe environment, and great apartment at great prices. For someone who moves alot it’s a great neighborhood . Also maintence was very nice and respectful shout out to Hector!"

"Our apartment has flooded twice now within a 2 month span due to flaws in the piping system. Spoke with the property manager, Cheyenne Zaremba, and her stance was that floods happen, and as a homeowner she would have to pay for these damages out of pocket in her house, and that it is a luxury to not have to pay for this. I thought it was defensive, condescending and not a very thoughtful response when I was simply asking what to do about the situation. Attached is an image of one of the flood incidences as well as the piping that exists in my apartment. Potential renters should be aware of staff treatment and design flaws at this apartment complex before deciding to move in. *should also note that many other apartments in the complex have had flooding issues as well 2.23.2024 UPDATE: The apartment has had 2 more major flooding incidences since this review was written. We believe that there is mold in the apartment. Maintenance work was very slow for repairing these, there were multiple holes in the apartment ceiling for extended periods of time. The property manager Cheyenne Zaremba is also very difficult to get in touch with to resolve issues in the complex."

"My boyfriend’s apartment flooded 4 times in 5 months due to flaws in the piping system and the property manager Cheyenne refused to help him and his roommates in anyway. She condescendingly told them each time a flood occurred that floods happen and paying rent is a luxury because as tenants, they don’t have to pay for the damages out of pocket, YET she never did anything to actually fix the piping issue (so, a completely useless answer when as tenants my bf and his roommates pay for that specific service!) Without taking care of the issue the first time it was reported back in August, the flooding problem only continued to happen. In fact, the last month they had two floods, resulting in an entire hole in the ceiling (picture attached). I don’t even want to think about the insects or animals that could potentially get in with an open ceiling, or worse, potential mold that may be forming due to the continuous flooding. It was so awful the last month all the roommates had to move out for a few weeks. The place was essentially unlivable. The property manager’s lack of action, empathy and care was deplorable and negligant. Even if she doesn’t care, at least do something because it’s your actual job to help your tenants. If you’re thinking about moving in, don’t."

"Citation Club Apartments is one of the nicest apartments I’ve been involved with. The Property Manager and Leasing Agents are always there if you need, they have always been kind and understanding with me. The maintenance staff are the same, they always make your concerns a priority and always are there to help. Everyone here goes out of there way for you, I truly recommend this property."

"Beautiful place to live! The pool area is amazing and the neighborhood is very well kept! Everyone is always super friendly when I go into the office, and Cheyenne goes above and beyond to make sure that my needs are met. I always walk out feeling understood and appreciated.
