Woodside Apartments-Grand Blnc

"DO NOT RENT FROM WOODSIDE APARTMENTS MANAGED BY SILVERSIDE MANAGEMENT!!! The roads in the Woodside Drive complex continue to be an issue. There has been a yearly rent increase ever since Silverside has managed the properties. The rent increases yet there is no maintenance! The roads in the complex are barely drivable (some public services have refused to enter the properties, i.e. Your Ride) with all the humongous potholes, many times the trash bins are not emptied, the streets are not cleared of snow and the walkways and driveways are rarely cleared of snow/ ice. One of the two sump pumps is located in my storage area. Saturday was the FOURTH time THIS WEEK it quit working and I could get NO RESPONSE FROM MAINTENANCE! Each time I called I was told some would get back with me. It is now Monday and I still haven’t heard from Silverside!!! Each time the basement flooded, I was left the mess to clean up! Below is a view from my window. AGAIN! DON’T RENT AT WOODSIDE APARTMENTS MANAGED BY SILVERSIDE."

"I cannot express how awful my experience with the "property manager" was. She took days to respond to my emails, and when we had a set appointment for her to show me an available unit, she somehow forgot she had another person moving in and had to take care of their paperwork. She went back and forth with me about me being able to be shown the unit by maintenance, then saying that couldn't happen, to then saying it could. This was all within 30 minutes. After being shown the unit I told her that I liked THIS unit and wanted to apply. She then sent me a link to apply with a different address on it from the unit I was shown and told about all the updates they were doing. When I emailed her and asked if that was a typo on the application she told me it wasn't and that the unit I was shown had already been rented out. Seemed suspicious to me that she would not tell me that and just think she could sneak it in the fine print. Also the unit I was shown was NOT ready at all to be shown. The previous renters had just moved out a few days prior... She also stated that she "did not know" the unit was not ready to be shown. So how did someone else already see it and rent it? I decided with all of the unprofessionalism, horrible crater filled roads, delayed communication, and shady "swapping of apartments" without notification, I no longer was interested and chose to move elsewhere. A few days after I was told that the apartment I had wanted to rent was "already rented", she emailed me and said that the tenants had decided on another unit and that the one I wanted was now available. What a joke! You couldn't pay me to deal with this kind of management! Do better."

"Can’t drive on roads at all. Almost have to drive on grass to get to the apartments. Worst potholes I have ever seen, drove 2 MPH weaving through potholes and still managed to fall into one.cracked the rim of my car, I am shocked people PAY to live there. I do delivery services & unfortunately will not be taking customers from this area to protect my vehicle . & I will be Filing a complaint to the city, Management should be embarrassed !!!"
