"Staff was very helpful and kind. I was here for a week my room was cleaned everyday new sheets and towels also. Staff was very nice and worked with me on finding a plug to plug in my block warmer on my truck on the cold nights. They do everything they can to keep a happy customer. Security keeps a good eye on company trucks as well as contractors trucks. Stephanie, Dmitri and Ashley. Thank you very much for your amazing service and dedication to your jobs"

"THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM!!!!!! I stayed in this hotel with my family. WOW what a horrible place. This is not a family friendly hotel. I stayed with my 4 children. Within the first 20 mins of me being in the room the lock fell of the door. I had to request the lock to be fixed. We rarely were at the hotel do to us being down state to visit family but wanted the pool for a my daughter’s birthday party. I made sure to call the hotel before my reservation to make sure I could have guest and pizza in there pool area. The women I spoke to said that it would not be a problem. so a couple days before my party I had a guest with my within the pool area and was told that wasn’t allowed. When asked about the party they told me that it was against there policy and that I wouldn’t be able to have it. I was very upset. I had to book another hotel and leave this one early and was still charge for the entire stay. When leaving I made sure to give the cleaning lady a $30 dollar tip for the crumbs on the floor. Mind you that I had 4 kids and the crumbs from a bag of chips were dumped on the floor. I was never offered cleaning services through my stay. When asked it I could get reimbursed for the night I wouldn’t be able to stay they said NO. She also said that I left the floor messy, which I understood and let the front desk know that we where there for 4 days without cleaning services and I did give the cleaning lady a good tip for her extra time of vacuuming. So to my surprise when I notice the hotel charged me extra for a cleaning fee I was not so happy. I called the manager for a week straight with no call back. I was able to finally get ahold of her and was told the extra money was for a cleaning fee. This is a joke. She stated that the room smelled of urine and that I stained a pool towel. When asked to see picture or any proof, she told me NO. mind you that all my kids are potty trained. To say the least I was very mad. The manager was very rude. I also noticed from other reviews that she has done the same thing to a lot of people staying with children. due to having a legal background, I do know this is not a correct way to charge a card and I will be taking this to court. So for all the other family’s subjected to the unlawful fees would like to join. The only way to stop a scammer is to make them take responsibility. Also please see when the mangers comments below she will give excuses and my say my room was in horrible shape when it wasn’t."

"I reserved a room for my husband because he works out there on the weekends. He was very pleased with the service he received from Kyle! He asked that I leave a boasting review for Kyle. Kyle is the manager and my hubby says he was more that accommodating, helpful, patient, and willing to go above and beyond. Thank you for your assistance."

"An affordable and well run hotel in a convenient location next to a Culver’s. It’s clean and quiet with friendly and responsive staff. Comfortable beds, microwave, mini fridge and a waffle maker in the breakfast room. What more do you need?! Kudos to Kyle and Katie and Lisa. I hope your employers appreciate you!"
