"Great place, front office staff are super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is the fastest I've ever experienced In apartment complexes, they are also very polite and professional. Location is great, it's in close proximity to all grand blanc schools, Grocery stores and highways. Building is quiet, you don't hear every movement your neighbors make, but sometimes you can here certain things. But that comes with apartment living. Would strongly recommend."

"Not a safe place anymore. Might as well be considered south flint lately. Someone has tried to break in twice, my gf was attacked (attempted abduction) once just trying to throw away garbage. The office and corporate are aware and still refuse to put up security lights or cameras. People fly through the parking lots. Was lied to from the office about getting new appliances for our “upgraded” apartment. Some over 15 years old. Maintenance has been decent. Definitely not renewing our lease. Very disappointed."

"Did my research online before I came in person seen that there were multiple units available. Soon as I get there I was told that there was nothing available at all which I thought was weird. And I even stated that online said different and was told something that didn’t make sense to me at all. So soon as I got to the car I had my wife give them a call 5 minutes later and she was told that they had apartments available rite now and also towards end of the month. Just ridiculous terrible customer service and pretty much discrimination. And even if you weren’t sure nothing was available why not check or even pretend to look to see if anything is available how are you just going to tell me no nothing is available."

"I have lived here for a little over a year and a half now and it has been great. The townhouses are spacious and have a good layout, also located close to all the shopping and food you could want. All the staff has been absolutely wonderful! The ladies in the office have always been very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and in the event you have to put in a maintenance ticket you will be greeted with the same pleasant experiences from the maintenance men. Overall living here has been wonderful, but its the people that make the place, so a big thank you to all the staff that has always treated me not just as a resident, but part of the grand oaks family."

"I love calling Grand Oaks home. I have been a resident for 11 years. The office staff is amazing, they listen to and meet your needs. They are very family friendly and welcoming. The maintenance staff does an excellent job of caring for problems in a timely manner. The location is nice and close to downtown, Physicians park, and easy access to freeways. This is a wonderful rental community to call home."
