"I went to purchase some ice from this business. The ice was a frozen solid block. I spent 10 minutes trying to separate the ice. The lady at the cash register tried to give me pliers as a means to help. I gave up and purchased my ice somewhere else. The issue was that she treated me like I had done something wrong by asking for a refund as if it's my fault the Ice had frozen solid into blocks. Then later when when one my employees stopped in there after work, she complained about me, telling him she was not in charge of the ice freezer. Well you are the person in charge of the register that sells it. she was not very professional."
