"I love my morning walks seeing all the wildlife that are present throughout the property. I see deer and turkeys almost daily. The office always has an extra water or snack for you if you just feel like stopping. This is overall a great place to live."

"I lived at Gateway of Grand Blanc for two years in a two bedroom apartment with my husband and two young children and had such a wonderful experience there! Marena, the manager, is so friendly and attentive to needs. We often stopped by just to say hi and get a treat from the office. The maintenance staff, Donald and Eric, are so kind and were always very prompt at responding to maintenance requests! The apartments are well-kept and the facility is quiet and safe. They recently switched to a larger management company, so rent increased and they are remodeling units. Overall, I would choose to live here again!"
