"It has been a year since holly ridge denied me a apartment. I had cash to pay a year rent and deposit in full however they did not like my credit and did not attempt to work with me or communicate what I could do to have a better chance and re apply. Instead I went to a realtor and bought a house, 800$ mortgage a month to own a 3br house and yard is a lot better than renting an apartment that management didn't even want me in. Please try to communicate better and be better humans to one another. And for those looking, skip this dump and find someone who cares about you and will help you find something right for you."

"I just moved out after 15 months and I enjoyed living here. My apartment was super clean when I moved in, Skylar is right there if anything breaks and I really liked my neighbors. I lived in the courtyard apartments not the big building and the view is nice and there was a nice community feeling! Michelle in the office is very helpful! Inexpensive and cute apartment!"

"Definitely the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at! Peaceful, quiet and secure place to live. Good community with all the stores and shops around you will need. The residents are nice and considerate. The leasing manager is by far the best landlord I’ve ever had. She’s communicates and helps you with Anything you need and is more than understanding. Maintenance is definitely great as well! They handle things quickly and fix anything you need fixed. If you’re looking for a place outside of the annoying city life. This is a place for you! Country feel and live away from all the nonsense. I recommend you check this place out as their rates are wonderful for a 2 bedroom unit."

"I lived here for a year. I had a great experience. Michelle in the office was very friendly and very helpful, always. I was at a big transition in life at the time and Michelle made moving a breeze and got me into an apartment right away. I am so so thankful. Throughout my time at Holly Ridge if I ever had a maintenance request, Skylar would be over within a matter of hours. They were always efficient and kind. I swear Skylar is my dog's favorite person on the planet. If you're looking for reasonable rent, a great community and very friendly management, Holly Ridge is a great place for you."
