"The only reason why I am giving 3 stars is because of my neighbors and the homey feel and the location. Management was awful and rude to me because of my emotional support animal. When the situation was taken care of they wouldn’t renew my lease the following year and tried to charge me for my dog after I had moved out peacefully even though I could have actually fought it and stayed. It was actually sad leaving bc my neighbors and I had such a great friendship. They loved my kids and my dog. But after rent went up several hundred dollars for the same outdated stuff I figured it was time to move anyways. The laundry room was always gross. Smelling of cigarettes. People would hang out in there smoking and throwing them on the ground. My water heater was leaking and yeah they fixed the water heater but I told the maintenance man that it leaked through the wall and the wall was really wet and the flooring was like pooled. He said it was fine and didn’t look so I’m sure there is mold. Which is another reason I was happy to get out of there. And my cupboards were literally falling . My bathroom fan broke and was fixed with the fan from the maintenance man’s apartment . I used it and it almost caught fire. I told them and nothing was said. So I unplugged it. Why would I want him to fix the fan again. How scary if I wouldn’t have noticed the smell and it getting hot to the touch! It sucks there’s so many issues here and it’s so outdated and management really doesn’t care about it’s tenants because this place has really great potential."

"The way they do business is horrible and I highly advise against dealing with these incompetent thieves. I've never dealt with an apartment complex who does business like these people do. Paid application fee and hold fee. Money stolen. Waste of time. I asked several questions and would get the run around over the phone. I took a tour, I created an account on their website, paid fee, and provided insurance info. Shortly after I paid they deactivated my account. Huge red flag. Seemed as if I paid the fees, they deleted my account and took my money. Actually not even 'seemed as if', that's what happened. When I called, again was just given the run around and not having questions addressed. I was told they couldn't provide me an address until the week prior to move in, couldn't tell me where to get the keys, wasn't sent a lease to sign, everything was just 'yeah yeah everything will work out don't worry about, just wait until a few days before moving in and it'll be taken care of'. Their customer service is god awful. If you read this and have a problem with what I write, I'd love to hear your explanation. You certainly couldn't explain or answer questions over the phone."

"BEWARE! They will tell you they have availability, even take your $50 PER PERSON application fee and then tell you they don't have the availability and want you to wait. I let them know I could not be put on a waitlist as my situation is urgent. She then said "can't you just stay with someone until our unit becomes available". No, actually I cannot. When I no longer wanted our application processed (since it hadnt been yet), no one will return my calls or emails about refunding my money."

"And on the David k response. Due to alcohol and disturbances and destruction of property, contractors were not going out to fix what he broke every week. He should have included all the pics if what he destroyed like holes in walls as he decided to try to fix himself after breaking. New materials were installed. Contractors were getting tired of his destruction and annoyance to the neighborhood. Mabey you are unaware but you should be alttle more respectful of someone that passed away. Any complex or employment review him carefully"

"Shelby, the manager at this office, and I have been communicating for over a week about me getting into a place here. I kept her updated with the process of my application and when I sent this in. All seemed well. Then I tried to email this lady to get updates and she blew me off for a week after we paid the application fee and submitted all of our personal information. Then she finally gets back with me telling me someone else got approved before us? This woman never told me that she had multiple people applying for one apartment and that this was on some first come first serve basis? Not to mention they don’t even let you see the apartments. Very disappointed with the customer service. If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve never had this sort of issue with ANY apartments I’ve applied for."
