"This is the cutest B&B I've ever been too. Dan and Bobby are so sweet and very hospitable. My hubby, my son and I spent the night in the Kinkade room. It was very cozy. I will definitely be staying there again!"
"I wish I could give a better review, but I can't. The room was unbelievably small. That would have been tolerable if we knew that there was no shower. We chose the room with a hot tub, but we've never had a place not have a shower. It was so difficult to clean up, wash hair etc. in the morning . We thought the hot tub was an extra for the evening relaxation. There was only one window with daylight blocked by the headboard. Since I need the light and space to get ready, that was a problem. The bathroom was tiny and didn't have a mirror above the sink, which may not have been an issue for most. Since we were planning to get fixed up and prepared for an event, it slowed done everything. The bed was so saggy in the center, I struggled to stay in my side of the bed. The TV and the electric fireplace were not usable. I am sorry that I cannot say much positive about the experience. The owner was pleasant... That's about it.."
"Bobbie is a wonderful and accommodating hostess. We will be staying for our wedding and taking pictures in the beautiful garden. Walking distance to down town. Balcony room!"

"My 2 daughters, Sister and I stayed here for the Ren Fest last Sept. It was Wonderful! Our host's could not have been nicer . Breakfast was good. Location is walking distance to great food & Pubs!!"
