"It’s been a good first experience maintenance and building manager don’t mess around when you bring something to their attention they’re on top of it"
"I was charged almost 200$ out of my security deposit for cleaning & blinds to find out they used the things I left at my apartment as complimentary gifts to the new tenants. I even went out and bought new blinds for the place and left them in the apartment for the owners to use. Highly don’t recommend this place at all. The chair and cooler I left on my patio, is still sitting there, the mats I left, they used in the hallway of the building. Absolutely disgusting in my opinion. They had a new tenant in my apartment in less than 5 days, but it’s clean right? Let’s not forget how when I moved in there was still dust, dirt, and grime all over my apartment from them “re-doing” it that I had to clean up at 5 months pregnant. Also, bugs."
"Decent place,rent is doable. New management trying to fix issues left by past managers. Need something fixed you can either call or fill out a form and drop off to office."
"I am on a waiting list, anxiously awaiting a phone call any day! I would rate the communication at a 5 meaning no complaints but no praise either. I have faith that my time at the shelter isn't fruitless and it will work out for the better.!"
