"I have found that the apt I rented is wonderful it was clean and newly renovated. The manager is very nice and extremely accommodating. I have found no issues with my apt and if I should I know it will be fixed asap. From other reviews people complain that the rents were raised but they now include heat in the rent. It would be the same if you had lower rent and had to pay for heat. That makes some of these complaints moot. The only drawback is if you do not have a car there is nothing within walking distance. Other than that I have no issues here and look forward to peaceful living"

"terrible.. New managment was worse than the last. The rent is now outrageous priced and not even close to worth what you pay. The place was "renovated" before we moved in and was done so cheaply that everything was falling apart within 6 months. If i could give this place 0 stars i would."

"Absolute worst place to ever live, waste of money! New management changed rent during covid and everyone has a different price. They think new windows make up for the extra $115 they want. SCAM. Rent will also go up every year. Do not live here."

"New owner and a property management company. They raise the rate for a one bedroom from $495 to $625. They treat the tenants like two year old's. The management company tried making all lease's null and void when they took over. That is against state law! Moved out as quick as i could and so have others. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!"
