"Great place to live. The manager Lynn is awesome. Always willing to help and goes above and beyond."
"They don't have 24/7 Maintenance, it has to be a Dyer emergency or they get mad if you call. If you have a question for the office manager good luck getting a hold of her. They write you up for the most stupid things and most of the time don't tell you why or when you get an eviction notice it doesn't state why and instead of being served to you they put it in an envelope and tape it to your door. I've never in my life lived in a place that has the most ignorant, nosey people in my life."
"Well kept grounds and building maintenance. Easy, dependable access to St. Joe County Public transportation. Secured community for disabled and seniors in an urbanized setting."
"Besides the cops messing with you if your sitting in your car. A great little place to live"
"Sidewalks are not very accessible to people using mobility aids during the winter. Proper shoveling and de-icing needs to be completed ASAP, please. People don’t often have access for someone to assist them."
