"Amazing customer service, delicious banana waffles and Greek yogurt. I love the loaded breakfast bagels. I needed special accommodations for my party in short notice and the front Desk man Jay was able to get my rooms together in a jiffy. Beds, shower, and towels we re all perfect. They have USB plugs with fast charging avaliable ! And they have a pool- I highly reccomend!!!"

"Definitely would stay here again. Minor issues like the bathroom door drags on the floor making it hard to close (the floor humps up underneath), room 204. Shower head not adjustable, hard to shower without getting sprayed in the face, had to duck underneath. Power outlets on the bedside table would be a nice improvement, only outlets at desk. Clean, convenient, excellent front desk staff."

"The hotel is showing a little bit of age, especially the elevator, but it's not enough to fuss about. However, I will say that our room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. Overall, my wife and I didn't have any issues with this place and we'll probably stay here again next year."

"This place feels weird, and not worth the price in my opinion. It does not feel like a hotel run by a professional. My room was dirty and outdated. My photos don't show it well, but the walls in the bathroom were dirty and need to be cleaned and repainted. The carpet is outdated and seemed to make the room smell musty. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors easily. All of that might have been overlooked if it weren't for their biggest issues I saw: 1) As you can see, guests have no control over the temperature in their own rooms during their stay. If you prefer your room temp to be 74 degrees and humid, you're all set. Otherwise, prepare to feel uncomfortable during your stay. The thermostat cannot be adjusted to any temp other than 74. 2) As I was leaving, the front desk clerk (male) was on speakerphone, talking with a guest who had questions about why his room via Expedia was canceled. The clerk told him to call Expedia, but the guy on the phone said that this was the number he was given. The clerk wasn't very helpful at all, and I definitely didn't need to hear any of that conversation, because it shouldn't have been on speakerphone in the first place. So inappropriate. Literally all I wanted to do was drop off my key card and check out, and this made me feel uncomfortable to even be standing there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at this point in time."
