"Lived here from 2003-2009. When I moved in, we had a great manager. After he left, it was a revolving door of unsuitable, poorly trained management. I would come home from work to have eviction notices taped to my door for non-payment of rent, only to realize it wasn't for me or my unit. On another occasion, the manager walked right into my apartment trying to show the place! Major leaks around tub and toilet were never fixed after 2 years of complaints. Tons of black mold, thin walls, outdated appliances, not to mention unsavory neighbors. Do yourself a favor, don't rent from here."
"Apartment management is just terrible. They don't fix anything. The ceiling in the kitchen in one of the apartments completely fell because of a huge ice build up. Nothing was ever done. There is constant break ins in the apartments as well as vehicles in the parking lot. Do not rent from here unless you have no other options."
"These apartments are so bad that nothing has been fixed in my apartment in 4 years, for 4 years the toilet is about to fall through the floor and now the manager who I will not name is harassing my wife and I so bad that he gave us a lease violation over something that we didn't do just cause somebody said that we did and that is after he called child protective services on us for false reasons and now we don't have access to the laundry room cause he locked it. I would highly suggest looking into different apartments over any of the apartments that this company owns."
