Belleview Place Apartments (Phase I and II)

"Is there some reason why building 121 can continue to belittle and frighten residents in the Bellview community through continued harassment. People are not allowed to go anywhere near the building due to a certain male resident hiding 5 tiny dogs in his apartment and bullying others. Young parents with a toddler should not be forced to hide during the day in another part of the complex out of fear that the child may cry. Continued calls to the cops and management result in no action being taken. There is also a severely mentally ill parent in same section who lets her child roam the parking lot unattended. The child has nearly been hit by cars a few times. No one knows why the owners or mgt seems to overlook the bad behavior in favor of Sec 8 $$$. Looking for a safe community free of harassment - look elsewhere"

"It’s too bad that even tho it’s an income based apartment community, it attracts some of the worst residents. Many have mental illnesses or substance abuse problems (or both). Certain buildings are more desirable than others and you will have to ask residents which before moving in. Cops have been called numerous times here. Be sure and look at other complexes first if you are that determined to be closer to your incarcerated relative or mate for visiting hours."

"Modern apartments, can see lots of problems from changing management too many times in the few yrs ive lived here also have had some bad neighbors."

"Maintenance man Jerry stalks single women and main office in Lansing hides all complaints reguarding him and past management Teresa as well as complex 125 apt 9 is filled with illegal tenants and they have a master key they are the maintenance man's relation. They are all BAD BAD PEOPLE ANS THEY ARE VERY DANGEROUS"

"I have lived here for the last 5 years love it. They offer apartments from 1-3 bedrooms. Management is great. They accept housing vouchers and section 8. And they also have federal subsidies to make rent cheaper."
