"Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at by far. Right when we moved in our dryer didn’t work, and it took maintenance over 2 weeks just to come take a look at it. Our stove and our dishwasher didn’t work correctly the entire time we lived there, and it never got fixed either. Every time we called and asked for maintenance to come they never did or it took weeks or longer and they never fixed anything anyways, let’s not forget about the time the maintenance man was walking through our house searching for no reason… and the bugs that were all over as well. Last but not least I moved out months ago and still have not recieved my deposit back (when they told me over a month ago it’s processing) or a reasoning on why I haven’t. Worst place ever, If I could’ve gave it 0 stars I would have."

"I love living at Venlo Place Apartments. The staff in the office is always so nice and helpful. If you ever have any issues or questions they are always right on it! Our water heater recently wasn’t working and someone was there to look at it within an hour or two of us notifying the office. Would definitely recommend living here!"
