"Always having to hunt for paperwork!!! Drop/hook shouldn't be more than 20min., not over an hour. But don't you fret!! The employee handling the mess is always so apologetic!! These reviews, should be reviewed!!!"
"Drop and hook. Paperwork ready in the company based folders. All you have to do is fill out a drop trailer slip. Pick your paperwork and leave behind the signed copy. Switch trailer and off you go."
"They were very rude. No rest room available.They were lost in the space trying to load 12 small packages. Besides, they are strictly on appointments but they kept me here over 5 hr. Also, they should be sent to a class to be teached courtesy. I can't provide their names here. This facility doesn't use name tags at all."
