"Nothing bad to say besides I couldn't find the door. And there's a number on the door to call to get in and I called it multiple times before I got an answer. But after the guy picked up, the 2 employees were great, helped me load everything and it was fine. So that's my take. All good"

"Have done business with Reliable for 15 years+. Work for a business that deals with urgent medical work and use their courier service several times daily, 7 days a week. Past 12-18 months has been the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Routinely receive calls hours after placing orders stating “we do not have a driver available” “cannot get your orders assigned, can we deliver tomorrow?” Dispatchers tend to get defensive and rude when you call and inquire about ETA’s. Dealt with our direct salesperson, and nothing seems to help. Went to senior leadership, claim to have resolved issues, but nothing. I gave two stars because most of the drivers I deal with in person are very hard workers and very friendly. Most of them overworked, and I cannot blame them for the situation their management has put them in. Our 2-3 hour delivery window we became so used to, routinely turns into 5+ hour delivery times. Ultimately had to significantly cut my business with them and turned to another local courier service that works in the “Metro” area. We now only use Reliable mostly in A.M. hours because it’s the only time I can guarantee my customers a delivery will occur."

"I have worked there for several years and with my experience the people were really nice and friendly. The only thing is, that it's a cut throat job for contractors. You kinda have to fight for work even though there is plenty of it. But I think if I needed to go back, and since I know the game now, I would."

Everyone is very helpful, understanding and very patient with you in the entire process.
