"GM Groups trucker with license plate # BD12880 didn't clear the ice off their rig the other morning, sending about a dozen fist-sized chunks of ice slamming into my windshield on south I-75 at full speed. Even when I swerved to the shoulder after the fact, the trucker kept on driving, never even stopped to see if I was okay. I've filed a claim with my insurance but have not been able to get ahold of this company at all since their phone number doesn't work. Shame on them for their lazy, incompetent and dangerous drivers. I'm lucky I'm alive."

"I had a scheduled delivery today from 1pm to 5pm and it is now 7pm and nobody showed up. Tried calling warehouse in Taylor but just an answering machine stating they are closed and try again when they are open. Zero stars, don't waste your time on this freight company. Logistics is derived from point A to B at a certain day and time promised to a customer for critic needs for business, GM Freight royally failed. Spend your time and money on a real freight company and DON'T WASTE it on GM Freight."
"Had the wife cooped in the house all day with our baby waiting for my equipment to be delivered. Got a phone call yesterday to schedule my delivery between 9 am and 1 pm. Figured that was a large enough gap for them to have my equipment delivered. Nope, going on 2 pm. Decided to call and they said the driver is a little behind and that it will be another hour or so."
