"More work unpaid than paid. No chance to negotiate repayment. I was told " not our policy to negotiate payments", which directly contradicts the contract i signed. 3 paydays with no pay because my fleet manager, who has 4+ yrs with cfi, did not not when to submit pay! Many other issues with pay. A lot of talk and no walk, so I walked. Little to no leadership. Drivers with 10+ yrs at company capped out at less than .65/mi!! There was good things, but not nearly as many as the bad. Gregg Orr must be on the same lunch/vacation as Biden. On the bright side, they hire just about any one, but it won't pay enough for the multitude of headaches and issues. Finishers who train drivers that don't even know how to use cruise control on truck they've driven for almost 2 yrs. Proceed with caution if considering them as an employer."
"Your semi truck of the number #57126 was driving in the passing lane of 271s side by side another semi. It kicked a rock into my windshield I have filed a claim with ODOT. Keep your semis from obstructing traffic it's extremely hazardous to the public."
"Only open to CFI drivers. Very friendly staff and you're free to do whatever for the most part. There's a TV, fitness room, outlets for cooking, vending machines and free snacks and water at the Dispatch Window."
