"My 5 star rating is purely from the stand point of the people at Pronto. Good people work there and i truly believe everyone does their best to do their part. I recently parted ways with them however, from the short period of time I was employed there I had worked with some fine quality people drivers as well as the Admin. The owner has a great sense of humor from the few times I did speak with him. I had experienced some great productive days and some not so great. The process was at times challenging as well as frustrating. My company issued truck was at times very labor intensive due to the roll-up door malfunctioning which in turn would slow down my productive nature. After the roll-up door was repaired multiple times only to be lived a short period of time before it malfunctioned again and the company did the best they could to correct it. So from that perspective the star rating is not a 5. The roll-up door issue is what finally got the best of me. It was time to move on. The roll-up door problem did seem to be related to that particular truck. Out side of that good place to work good people. Lots of great people in the delivery and pick-up field. The people are what makes any great company to work for !!!"
