"All I needed to see was the recent reviews to say no thank you. Can tell by how the reviews are worded whether of not they're just whiners of bona-fide reviews. Again, no thank you. Last, but certainly not least, no replies from MANAGEMENT."

"Worked for them a few years ago. They pile you with more work than you can handle and when you ask for a raise they say no. The management team has something to be desired. There are good people that work here, but that is far and few between."

"The company strategy is oriented towards "economy of scale" so making money by having large numbers of trucks on the road is their main algorithm. But don't be surprised to get hit for Medical Card fees that you will not be able to deduct for your taxes. I would rather pay that damn fee upfront instead of coming out of my paycheck which does not itemize the deductibles. The Drop & Hook operation takes its toll on trailers' accessories so be ready to spend time fixing things even on fairly new trailers. For the time you dedicate to your regional route you get that wired feeling that you are a OTR driver indeed with a luxurious time frame. Now, the people behind the business. I would say is positive if I take into consideration dispatchers and payroll. I loved their dispatchers. Always good on the phone and willing to help out. Of course there are tart apples like everywhere but on this company they work on weekends only so if your are unlucky enough, like me, you get to deal with their substandard crew. Oh the parking by their main site is a nightmare, especially on weekends. Don't even think on pulling into yard and finding a free spot to park the truck right away. Nuh. You got to work your patience on that skill. By the way, be warned!!! Make sure you really do a Pre-trip inspection before you pull out. It's outrageous the level of thievery inside their yard. It's just crazy how many light bulbs go missing from your trucks. And lastly, don't, ever miss a detail on your logbooks since their scanning contractor will really start to bite you on the ... with Safety Violations. What makes sense for a humans does not make sense for a scanning computer. Overall its a good company for someone that wants to have a steady tempo. Not the greatest but there are a lot worst companies out there."
