"I recently started with the cleaning authority. Every person I have spoken with at this business, Mandy and Dan, in the administrative area, has been professional, helpful and definitely customer service-oriented. The trained teams are wonderful! They are out to make sure that you are happy with your home cleaning. Recently I had a cleaning done and Misty S (Team 6) went over and above to ensure my home was clean, thoroughly detailed, and more than presentable and tidy. I see Team 3 often, and Cindy is very attentive and friendly. I really like the Cleaning Authority people I've met and talked with so far. If you're looking for a fantastic Cleaning service, look no further. This is your place!!"

"RUN YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED & YOUR LINEN IS IN DANGER OF BEING LOST!!! I partnered with the owner Dan to clean my rental and 2 other properties that I manage. Long story short, I was over charged & so was my clients and Dan refuses to refund what is owed, Laundry was lost and replaced with inferior linen, stove & frig left uncleaned, crumbs on floors, beds made up poorly & when I complained multiple times Dan dropped me as a client rather than addressing & correcting his employees and vendors behavior. Check the BBB site for details. Terrible experience. I'll be sure to leave reviews EVERYWHERE TO WARN OTHERS! I'll contact the franchise owner as well. He was after an award of some sort, since he dropped all 4 of my accounts this location should not be eligible."

"Got an estimate from Leslie the owner for a cleaning when we moved out of our condo. We’re quoted about a 2 to 3 hour clean based upon what she saw as she was there. The condo is only 650 ft.² and it is cleaned regularly. That move out clean was so that the refrigerator etc. would all be cleaned and things were done after we left. We even gave the keys to our unit to her so that we would have her do it again based upon the assumption that what she told us was not only accurate but was honest. One of the people in her office called me the day before to verify that they were coming to clean and she stated we will call you before we charge your card and let you know what the amount is. Imagine our dismay and anger when we got a bill for almost $600 for this tiny unit. That would be two people working four hours or for a total of eight hours. When I called the office Dan whoever he is was not only rude and abrupt but said he would not refund us any money and it was just too bad. He said their policy was not to tell us what the bill was. After that call I had a friend go into our unit and inspected and take pictures. We have videos of the unit and individual pictures of the things that were no not cleaned but obviously things that should’ve been cleaned. In addition they did not put back flower arrangements where they were supposed to be left cleaning supplies on the kitchen counter etc. Under no circumstances can I recommend that you would use this company. I left our contract in Michigan and while I don’t think she put a dollar amount on there for the total she did tell us at least verbally if not in the contract that based on what she saw it was only going be 2 to 3 hours. That would’ve put our clean out about $300 which was fine. Had their office person called us after that cleaning we would’ve disputed it then but we didn’t have that chance as they had our credit card number and we would have challenged that . I’m fairly certain that when I called the office and Leslie would not take the call that whoever Dan is knew ahead of time that we were going to be challenging this. Fair warning to all of you if you’re planning to use this business which I would not recommend get everything and in writing and do not give them a credit card in advance. We went so far as to give them our keys because we had planned to use them again. Now we have to find a way to get our keys back! We have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and have called corporate office about this. Absolutely no way to handle this. Leslie came across as a very friendly and open person which is why we agreed to give her our credit card number and our keys to begin with. Beware! Additional update: after reading another negative review about the cleaning of my home the owner reached out to that person and then contacted me. He wanted me to remove the negative post. He said if I did that he would refund my money. I sent him an email response and told him that once he put the money back in the account I would add to my post that he had made the refund. To this point he has not done so. He refused to accept the fact that the unit wasn’t cleaned well even though we had two people look at it and sent pictures to that effect. Again don’t think this is a company you want to do business with. in reading the response that he made to this post initially it’s clear that they are not taking this seriously nor considering that our comments and the proof that we have in the photographs is legitimate."
