"I have been going to this place since blockbuster’s was across the street. Sadly the new owners , workers that worked here are unprofessional, and rude. Today took the last straw !! The black girl is always rude towards me. The little short guy stay with a attitude The young lady Calling me, “cuz” or when she has to wait on me; yelling out, “ a half of a pint” in front of the entire store before I reach the counter. If you want the community business maybe hiring better help. I hate going in this store. I’ll walk 8 blocks down to a different store because of them."
"The cashier made a mistake on the bill and I paid using the card reader. He told me that he canceled the transaction. Only to find out later when I received my bill they charged me $1,260 for 4 bottles of liquor. I was so upset I called the credit card company and went back to Tradewinds and spoke with RAY!!!!! He assured me it would be taking care of. NOT TRUE!!!! LIES ALL LIES.. then reported to my credit card company that I said I was having a party and mysteriously only have footage of me coming and going. Where you can see the one bag my son was carrying NO WAY WAS THIS $1,260…. I feel this is fraud!!!! BE CAREFUL WHEN SHOPPING HERE!!! ASK FOR ITEMIZE RECEIPTS……. *************FINALLY******************** The issue has been resolved on 12-1-22!!! My credit card was refunded $1,260.10 and I paid cash for what I purchased. What a very stressful couple of weeks. Glad that it’s been resolved. Good night"
