"I am very disappointed in the customer service I just received from this place. I went to the store to get some cakes for a repast, I found the ones I wanted out of the small selection they have. When I get to the register, I tell the lady at the counter that I had 3 cakes, thinking she had a scammer and could just scan them, but she snapped at me with a frown on her face, then said “I don’t care, I need them up here! So I say ok, I thought you could scan them. I put them on the belt and I notice I was overcharged. I said something about and she says “well that’s what they’re ringing up. I said but that’s not what the sign say. She say “go get the sign”! So I said, I’ll do one better and take a pic. When I come back and show her, she takes my phone to another cashier and tells her to call some guy. The guy comes with the stickers that was aligned with the cakes and said, these cakes are $16.99 but we’re sold out, the ones you have are $18.99. I said so why are the prices under all of these cakes?! There wasn’t even a sign that said $18.99 anywhere. This man was so nasty with me, never introduced himself, and walked away after telling the cashier THEY’RE $18.99. I said I’m reporting this business. He said I don’t care! I mean, this was their mistake not mine. When I said it was false advertisement, he said “not really”. Wow!"
