"I love it here I used to live at Chippewa apartments and I hated it there cheboygan housing commision hurried up and got us a available unit so we could hurry up and move in here so we could get out of the apartment here we have a lot more space and my son had more room to play and when we have a problem it doesn't take long for maintenance to come fix the problem I love it here"

"Not the most helpful when attempting to file a complaint, they went so far as to say they have never had a complaint before. Well there is a first time for everything and my currant landlord is terrible. Nothing is ever fixed and the apartment is infested with mold."
