"North Country Inn is an excellent place to stay for a day or two, or even 2 months (as I did recently). Mike runs a very clean, quiet, and comfortable location. He is always available if you have need of assistance. Single or double rooms are very clean, and have cable TV, microwave, and refrigerator. Beds are easy to get into and out of, and they're quite comfortable (which is not always the case in many motel rooms). I especially liked the fact that your neighbors are friendly and usually ready to chat for a bit. They are also pet friendly."
"Run down, no mattress you sleep on a box spring. Pool not working. No fitted sheet just a sheet tucked under. The owner is very nice. Was shut down because of COVID-19 and trying to come back but needs slot of work."
"Owner was awesome. It was quiet at a decent hour. If I needed help I got it swiftly (1 star short because pool wasn't ready and I desperately wanted to swim)."
"This North Country Inn is under new ownership. Owned by a family that owns multiple Motels in Cheboygan. I only see great things coming for this motel. And from what I hear they will keep the pool and run a full service motel. OPENING SOON. COUNTRY INN IS NOW OPEN. IT HAS A POOL PEOPLE. NICE FAMILY MOTEL. QUIET AND PEACEFUL."
