"I went to this joke of a business just over 1 month ago with serial # & model # of my older Troy Bilt snowblower. I ordered a belt & belt cover & was told by the owner the parts would be ready to pick up in 2 days. I called 2 days later & before I could say anything a goofball picked up the phone, spewed blah blah blah & hung up on me. I immediately called back twice & got a busy signal. I went there 1 week later, talked with an older lady & she said she would get right on it. Went back 2 weeks later, talked with the owner again & he seemed pissed but to this day have not heard from anyone. WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. MY SON WHO OWNS A LARGE LANDSCAPING COMPANY IN THE AREA WILL ALSO NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. THIS PLACE SUCKS!"

"A little while ago I bought a bike from them, but I didn’t know that it had an issue with the rear cassette (it was stripped and needed to be replaced). The next day they were open, I called them asking if they would be able to fix it quickly, and they told me that I could bring it right in, and they would repair it for free. Around 5 hours after taking it in, it was running smooth again. You can tell that they care a lot about their customers. The back of the service tag I got says “After the sale, it’s the service that counts” and they definitely follow that"

"I purchased wheels for lawn mover. Tried looking for video and calling craftman for support. No luck. I couldn't get a cylinder off bolt. I was trying to unscrew. Wonderful husband, wife couple were kind enough to walk me through what I did wrong. I will be back and recommend to friends and family."
