"Purchased 2 adult bikes, all three were not adjusted properly, chain rubbing, gear skipping, cracked gear protector, The assembly was as if a child put them together. When I called about it, the response was very unconcerned or caring. "I could return them or bring them back and wait for the assemblers which they had no idea of how long it would be" originally it took one week for them to even put the bike together after purchase. Very disappointed in the quality of work. They need to hire people who care about properly assembling the bikes. Go to a bike store if you want someone who is willing to make sure your bike is working properly."
