They had a few bowling balls, but not the specific one I was looking for. The associate was very professional, informative, courteous and attentive to my needs. He informed me that their location receives different equipment all the time. Therefore, I should check back periodically for my ball. He was able to offer several options to assist with my search. I recommend this location, and I will return."

Here sports shops are owned by people who would probably have a heart attack if they attempted to play a game of baseball. Much less an actual agressive sport. So why buy a sports shop and expect to have any clue how to capitalize in that field?"
