"What a wonderful experience I had with the Livonia, Better Health Store. I left the Novi store, upset due a complete rude employee, that sought out to help me, I did not ask her for help. Complained to the manager, left the store and will not return. Drove 20 minutes to this wonderful store. Jonah, greeted with a smile when I entered the store and immediately asked if there was anything I needed help with, extremely helpful. Jonah, explained how I was to take the supplements, showed me a few other supplements and explained the difference between them. Excellent example of customer service, friendly, polite, smiling, and answering questions and showing me what options I had. Thank you so much! I will be a repeat customer at your store."
"Buyer beware! Your credit card info is NOT secure at this website -- not sure who is responsible for the fraud, or if they've been hacked. Twice in the last month a relative has had fraudulent charges posted to his account immediately after ordering from this site. This happened on 2 different cards (first time for over $1000, second time, over $4000). Fortunately, the cc company recognized the charges as fraudulent and reversed them. I see that another user has posted a similar issue below -- for your own safety, do NOT use your credit card on this site!"
"Not sure if they were all bored and needed something to do but I was asked at least six times did I need anything the 5 minutes that I was in there. I was also followed around the store and I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store before. they do not have to worry about me coming there ever again. I will go to zorbos for now on where they treat you like a customer and not a suspect. Sad because I really liked better health."
"Absolute scam. I ordered an item and they didn't update me for 2 weeks. 2 weeks letter I get a random $400 charge on my credit card that I had to dispute. Emailed them and messaged them on facebook, no response at all. No communication and no transparency whatsoever. One of the worst experiences I've ever had."
