I do not recommend calling this place for anything, very rude and even hangs up on you when you ask about doing business with them this was my first and last time calling there. Not a good service choice for gaming issues( standup arcades, pinball machines, air hockey, nothing parts or service). Guys a piece."

"This company handles the coin games and machines at NCG in E.Lansing. 2 machines take your money but do not trigger any credits. Air hockey doesn’t return pucks. Prizes are so packed into the cranes it’s pointless to even try. Other patrons overheard my disappointment and stated that they see the techs in here because they watch a lot of movies and they don’t even try to fix anything….just collect the money and go ya hacks! A theater employee chuckled and said he’d add it to the list of games that don’t work. Star world amusement bwahahaha More like Star World Cons"

"My family bought two pinball machine the adam family and gorgar during the pandemic and it was so fun! Pinball is surprisingly timeless and bonded us all through trying to beat each other’s high scores. It’s highly addicting and customer service was amazing!!"
