"Kalamazoo Pool built our pool for us in August of 2015. Simply put, they are awesome!! Mike and Jan, along with their staff, are top notch!! Everything from design ideas like pool shape, location, concrete, fencing, etc. They do it all and are great at what they do. I shopped around and did a lot of research prior to making such a big investment. I am so glad I decided to work with them. I have not had one issue with quality or workmanship. The very few problems I have had, have all been related to water clarity and needing chemicals. Mike does the building and knows his stuff. Jan is the chemical guru. The few times I have had water issues, I take a sample to Jan and she fixes me right up and I am back to clear water in a day or two. Customer service is second to none. I called Mike one time because I thought I was getting a little algae. He drove chemicals down to me on a weekend to make sure the problem didn’t manifest into a bigger issue. "I just bought a new home and the pool was a swamp. I mean it had over a foot of leaves, tadpoles, all kinds of other nasty stuff.
