My son ordered new clubs a few weeks ago. He's 16 and wanted a set of fitted clubs he's worked all summer to buy. "I have been an infrequent customer for a couple of decades, but always get my grips replaced there, and hit the range on occasion. Just used the tracker feature on the range for the first time. Wow! What a great addition. Really help me see what is happening down range, including carry distance, total yards, etc. The app stores each shot, and you end up with a diagram showing where each shot landed."
"I got a new Muzino bag from them a few weeks ago. The stitching where the carry strap meets the bag fell apart. When I brought it back to them today they could have sent it to Muzino and I would have gotten it back sometime who knows when. Instead they gave me the last bag they had, no questions asked. Very appreciative of their great customer service."
