"This one time I watched this dude yell at guy behind the counter for charging tax on groceries. Since I saw that happen, they make sure to cut the tax. This store sells expired product. I got home and realized my drink from the cooler expired in April. Disgustin."

"My mother was scammed at this location. In March 2023, I found out my mother had been scammed out of $15,000 at a bitcoin machine at this location over the course of 2 days. I went to this location, assuming the bitcoin machine had to be in back of the store where no one had seen this occurring. It was not, it was RIGHT NEXT TO THE REGISTER. That means my elderly mother, with a cane and a tremor, spent 4 hours standing next to the check out register feeding 750 $20 bills into the bitcoin machine over the course of two days, and this store DID NOTHING. There were no signs anywhere on this machine indicating potential scams, etc. I asked the clerk if I could speak to the manager, in the hopes that they could warn their clerks about this happening. If the scammers know this machine is unguarded and unmarked, they will surely use it again. The clerk gave me the store owners number, okay, I called it hoping that the owner would at least make sure the staff were aware and that a sign was put up. Nope. He was extraordinarily rude and hung up on me. Next, I get a random call from the bitcoin machine operator, who apparently had been told by the owner that I was complaining about him. Once I explained the situation, this guy agreed that the store should have done better and a sign should be put up to protect the elderly as well as the staff saying something if they saw this actively occurring. Ultimately, nothing has happened. This has been absolutely heartbreaking for my mother and family, I hope no one ever has to go through this. I can't imagine standing next to a machine as a trembling old woman stands there for hours over two days feeding money into it, but that's what this staff did and the owner sees nothing wrong with it. I hope he enjoys the commission he earned off my mother's life savings."

"Use to love the place but nothing of worth is even there anymore. They have raised the den pop prices so might as well go to mcdonalds. The cashier was rude for no reason and this isn't the first time I've have customer service issues here. No desire or reason to visit again, now you can get the same products for better prices anywhere else. Teach your employees not to run your customers out, no one I know wants to shop here anymore"

"Convenient location. Typical campus party store. Expect huge mark-ups/gouging on the beer. I’ve bought this particular 4 pack for $8.99 at a different shop.. The Den feels it’s acceptable to ask twice that."
