"PHARMACY 0 STARS!!!!There is only 1 person in there that has always been kind to me and she always has great customer service. I will be removing my medication from this CVS, I have had multiple issues and dealt with rude people. DAVID by far has been my worst experience with the pharmacy. Very worried about a 30 min break when I approached the window before their break started. The break was no issue, I could have gladly left and came back to figure things out. He was looking annoyed, saying rude comments to rush me along. (I stated I needed to just get an understanding of what I can do because I need the medication and his response was he really needed this break in a rude manner) Communication about meds not being filled due to pricing and insurance could be way better. I didn’t know that my prescription wasn’t filled. This was and will be my last CVS encounter. ✌️"

"Came in today to buy somethings and was instantly being stared at the whole time being in the store so I went to a different aisle and of course the white woman with glasses comes to the aisle I’m in or past it and starts standing and all I say is hey I’m not stealing and walk away lol she get mad bc she knows the only reason she came that way was to follow me she proceeded to get angry after I said I’m not stealing she was about to walk to the register then stopped and said I’m not taking none of this disrespect told me get out before she call the police never raised my voice or got disrespectful I’d like to talk to management or I’ll be starting a racial lawsuit I’d love a phone number or email please and thank you"

"Good in a pinch but for pricing and service, I would rather go somewhere else. I’ve had quite a few misunderstandings with this pharmacy and some have to do with my own confusing circumstances, but they should know more than I do and be willing to help me."

"NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER GO TO THIS PHARMACY BE WARNED. the first couple of times that my husband and I went we were met with very friendly and helpful staff that helped us figure stuff out. Well. I haven't seen those pharmacists since idk what happened to them but now every time we go there are HUGE LIARS there. Literally 3 times now they have refused to refill my husband's sleeping meds and make him go completely cold turkey off of them which gives him terrible withdrawal symptoms and is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. they LIE and claim that he doesn't have any refills left. He just went to the doctor last week who sent more refill prescriptions to them. THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME he has to call his doctor and his doctor has to confirm that he does in fact have refills sent to cvs. HUGEEEE LIARS. On top of that, I was trying to pick up some anti nausea medications because I was sick at the time and the clinic wrote a prescription for me. When I went in and showed them my insurance card they told me that I was not on my family's insurance and that I was gonna have to pay full price out of pocket. LIARS LIARS LIARS. it was one hundred and some without the insurance and I said hell no. Brought it to a different pharmacy and they had no problem finding me on my family's insurance. How could you lie and literally be so careless about people's health when it is LITERALLY YOUR JOB. I'm considering taking legal action against this pharmacy if they mess up my husband's prescription again and make him suffer even more. This is a prescription he has been on for 5 years and he doesn't do well mentally or physically without it. If not legal action for lying about refills and damaging a customer's health then for lying about my health insurance and trying to get me to pay full price for prescription medicine. I wish I could rate the pharmacy -5 stars."
