"Scott was absolutely a joy to work with. His attention to detail was second to none. He was always there to answer any questions we might have had, never made us feel like we were being a burden to him like so many other contractors do out there. He was very flexible in the changes that we wanted and even offered up alternatives that we didn't think about. As great as Scott was, the crew he has working with him were equal to his high standards to details and attention to customer service, which today is a Lost art to most businesses. I would and will recommend him to any and all people who are thinking about having a deck built or as in our case, a new room added. The only problem with this review is that the rating only goes to a 5, because in our dealing with Scott, he was definitely a 10+"

"I don't have enough positive things to say about Scott and Signature Decks & Construction. From quote process through project completion, he and his crew were professional, on time, and communicated exceptionally well. For instance, when he realized that our new 4 ft. deck stairs would be right over top of our septic tanks, Scott called us (because we were out of town) and gave us several alternative options on stair placement and even sent us a video on how those options would look (and when all was said and done, we actually love where our stairs are now as opposed to where they were before!). That kind of communication and professionalism was very much appreciated. The crew who constructed the deck were on time every single day and worked diligently even though it was blazing hot out. As you can tell, I loved everything about my experience with Signature Decks and I would recommend them to anyone!"

"So happy with the outcome of our new deck! Scott and his crew thought of everything. Checking in often with schedule updates, placement of equipment, lining up cement company, clean-up, etc. They went above and beyond helping me with things that were not even a part of the actual project (ie. pulling large scrubs out of landscaping and trenching a new path for our down spout).
