"If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered my products on the 3rd of this month and it was supposed to be delivered today! I had bought my daughter a valentines gift to surprise her with her little sister and it’s been in West Virginia for 4 days now. There’s no such thing as customer service, the automated call doesn’t allow you to get through to an actual person. I personally would rather UPS handle all my products for not only this but their driver goes 45-50mph on our RESIDENTIAL road, which is posted 20mph. Reporting to the BBB!"
"Drivers have no idea where to deliver stuff. Clearly their drivers can't read english. $500 in car parts delivered to the wrong address and they can't find it. Someone should be fired immediately."

"Awesome place. Management is awesome, worked there as a package handler for 3 months and they always took care of me, Jason the senior manager is super professional and will make sure to do whatever he can to make u happy. I clean for fedex ground now and there all so amazing to me still. It really is a great place to work. Even tho I'm not a package handler anymore they still treat me like family. I only left as a package handler cuz I got a full time job cleaning for the same company. Management will take care of u if u work there even tho times get tough having to go in super early in the morning but it's worth the weekly pay super friendly environment."
"Love waiting around for packages I have to sign for and they never come on arrive date. Over the winter they said it was snowing when the roads were clear. Now they blame traffic. Sad group of drivers this lot is."
