"I received excellent customer service at Pak Mail. I brought in 4 packages with prepaid labels. One package was from Amazon and I only had a QR code for the return. The customer service rep helped show me how to get a regular label from Amazon in my returns since they can’t scan QR codes for returns as an authorized dealer. Everything was seamless and easy. Having a drop off point for both UPS and FedEx in one building is incredibly convenient."
