"Their driver overcharged for my trip ($12/ out of town- 6 miles + $5/ in town equals $27?), so I called in a complaint. After some initial conversations I thought I would get that money back, but now nothing but silence... If you use this service be sure to ask alot of fare questions and don't trust the driver to do elementary math. Management, in essence, called me a liar, ignored me and did not refund overcharge... Claims driver charged appropriately, but as the above math shows..."
