"What a beautiful place! We stopped with our 3 kids just before lunch and set up at the picnic area before we went down to the beach. Loved how there were multiple trash cans that actually had room for our trash! The trail was nice and clean. The beach was gorgeous. No shortage of rocks!"

"Off the beaten path trailhead and beach access near Manistee. I wouldn't have stumbled on it if 31 hadn't been closed down. Nice easy hike and stunning scenery. One reviewer here only gave it 3 stars because of the biting flies. lol! Nature, deal with it!"

"Been there twice now and each time it has been so much fun! Dogs are welcomed! The trails are nice and easy to follow. It's wasn't littered with trash. It's also a great place to look for rocks!"

"My family spent hours trying to find the prettiest rocks and "sea" glass on the beach. There's a short hike to get there so wear appropriate footwear. (There are lots of roots, etc. across the trail.) The beach is currently quite erroded so it's a steep path down, be cautious. Great spot for a short visit or the whole day!"
