"Eric (General Manager), was waiting on me at the gun counter. I gave him my ID and was handed a firearm that I was interested in. At that time I told him I wanted it and to start the paperwork. During that exchange another customer stepped up and said they had a gun on hold they wanted to pick up. Trying to be courteous, I told Eric (General Manager) they could go ahead of me to finish their purchase. Unfortunately, after seeing the gun I had decided on they changed their mind and told Eric they wanted the same one instead. Eric then told them there was only one but that they could have it since I let them go. I immediately made it clear that I had just told him before they arrived that I wanted it. He said "but you let them go ahead." I responded by telling him I only let them go ahead to finish the purchase on the other gun they already had paperwork filled out for. Long story longer as a Manager myself I feel this is horrible customer service. I stayed calm and direct, asked for his corporate number and took my business elsewhere. Sadly he did this to a customer that has done plenty of business with dunhams and will not be any longer. I highly recommend you find another place to do business as well. This man doesn't have a clue how customer service should be conducted."
