"I was in the Manistee store last Thursday, 2/15, to pick up a couple of windshield wipers. I had left my reading glasses behind and was having a hard time reading the labels when the gentleman behind the counter offered his help. He showed me all of the wiper choices and gave me his recommendations. He also offered to install the blades for me on my truck! This kind of customer service is rare nowadays. Thanks for the great service and advice! I highly recommend this store!"
"I arrived at this this AutoZone after they had closed and despite this Mr Raven W. not only opened the store to inquire about how he could help but then proceeded to crawl under my (very low) sports car and spend the next 15 minutes fixing my exhaust in temperatures well below freezing after dark. Clean store great staff and Raven definitely deserves that raise"
