"This just barely happened and I’m very confused by this encounter at Dockside. Went for a walk from our Airbnb and impulsively stopped into Dockside to buy some beers for the day. After realizing none of us had our wallets, we told the cashier we would walk back to our rental, grab our IDs, and be back. 15 minutes later, we came back in and he refused to sell to us. We asked if we could buy anything that wasn’t alcohol and he told us we needed to leave the premises. We are very respectful people, all over 30 years old, and I am so shocked and confused why he reacted this way. Maybe he suspected we were underage and trying to get one by him? Not the case at all, just a case of forgotten IDs while on a walk. Any argument that we had bad attitudes is completely unfounded. In any case, very disappointing and won’t ever be back here again (not that we’re allowed??). Still baffled by what just happened. EDIT: got a nice response from the owner and returned with no issues. Perhaps the clerk was having a bad day. Added a star"
"Not only do they always have exactly what I’m looking for, but I love that they always have new and unique items as well. Also, do yourself a favor and order a sandwich from their deli, you won’t be disappointed!"

"Judd and Priscilla are great folks! They always give excellent recommendations and are so helpful. Great selection of beer, wine and liquor. They also ha e quick grab meals - ribs and pasta salad were very tasty. They have soft serve ice cream too."
