"Requested pick up at 930a, was told an hour. Called again around 11a, said they were behind schedule (totally understandable). Called at 1230p, said they had a flat tire and would need 2-3 hours (also understandable). Called at 5p multiple times and it rang once and then went to voicemail. Almost 12 hours later now, safe to say they aren’t coming. It’s fine if you’re unable to accommodate a pick up but please don’t have people waiting around all day."
